RETURN POLICY

Ollie & Finn has a 30-day return or exchange policy for our eyewear and accessories (except for gift cards). Contact us at returns@ollieandfinneyewear.com and we’ll be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Eyewear must be new and unused, returned in original packaging.  Please Include eyeglasses, cleaning cloth, and case when returning for a refund or credit.  Accessories in new condition can be returned for a 100% store credit or a refund.  

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Refunds do not include cost of shipping that is not Standard.

Non-prescription products excludes shipping return label. 

TO CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

Prescription orders are processed quickly.  If you change your mind, please call us 24 hours from placing your order.  We will do our best to accommodate you.  

Orders for non-prescription blue light eyeglasses and non-prescription polarized sunglasses can only be changed one hour from placing your order. 

 

SCRATCH WARRANTY

All prescription lenses have a six month, no-scratch guarantee. Simply contact us at returns@ollieandfinneyewear.com A free return label will be issued with instructions to send glasses back. Please send your prescription glasses back with the return label provided. We’ll be happy to replace your scratched lenses with new ones free of charge.

If you feel there is a manufacturing error, please return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no additional charge.
